About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Food and Beverage Outlets, driving revenue, and enhancing the guest experience. Key responsibilities include ensuring guest interactions are carried out with pride and courtesy, liaising with outlet managers to plan event order requirements, and overseeing rostering and duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all guest interactions are carried out with pride and courtesy
  • Liaise with outlet managers to plan event order requirements
  • Oversee rostering and duties
  • Ensure correct cashiering procedures are followed
  • Ensure outlets are set in a timely manner
  • Financial reporting and control of labour and beverage cogs
  • Council compliance and WH&S
  • Lead by example and encourage staff involvement and initiative
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • High standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Sound knowledge of the Hospitality Industry
  • Knowledge of Argentinian food/cooking is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Current RSA and RMLV
  • Current Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Knowledge of Micros system is an advantage
