**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Peppers Beach Club & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the front-of-house team during busy service periods, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve service standards and increase revenue.
  • Assist with staff development, training, and coaching to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure that all food and beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing way.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Current RSA certification.
