Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a talented Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing community engagement initiatives that drive meaningful connections with local communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing effective community outreach strategies across various digital and traditional media platforms.
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING STAFF, INDUSTRY CONTACTS, AND CUSTOMERS.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the ROI of community engagement efforts to inform future initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns and events.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and community engagement fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strategic listening and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to think critically, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
