We are seeking an experienced leader to manage community outreach programs and oversee volunteers. This role is a full-time maternity leave backfill position based in Murarrie, with some intrastate travel.
Job OverviewThis leadership role involves overseeing volunteers and outreach programs at the core of our mission to connect with people experiencing homelessness, disadvantage or social isolation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full volunteer lifecycle, ensuring each outreach shift is safe, welcoming and aligned with our values.
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to volunteer coordinators and program staff.
- Oversee youth engagement initiatives and foster strong community partnerships.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on community engagement. You will work from the Murarrie head office, spend time in outreach hubs, and engage directly with volunteers and partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
