Job Summary:

The Performance Coach plays a pivotal role in empowering the team with knowledge, skills and motivation to excel in their responsibilities.

This position is responsible for driving motivation, coaching and supporting team members to deliver exceptional service to job seekers, placing them into sustainable employment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Desirable:

  • Experience in employment services, vocational training or education.
  • Knowledge of disability employment services and youth engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of social determinants of health and wellbeing.
