We run over 400 events in multiple sectors annually, from small B2B exhibitions to massive B2C conventions.
About the Role:You will play a pivotal role in driving attendance and commercial success across our flagship conference-led exhibitions. You will proactively engage senior decision-makers to sell delegate passes and boost event participation.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Delegate Sales – Sell delegate passes to targeted senior decision-makers across multiple events.
- Prospect & Engage – Identify and engage new prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Cultivate Relationships – Maintain accurate records and track progress through our CRM system.
- Market Insight – Stay across key industry trends to tailor your approach and add value to conversations.
- Pipeline Activity – Meet daily outreach targets through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- 2–3 years' experience in sales, ideally within events, conferences, or exhibitions.
- Comfortable with cold calling, confident in building rapport and overcoming objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree-qualified or equivalent work experience.
- Energetic, driven, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
