Seeking a visionary leader to drive our hospitality team forward. As Gaming Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate company culture values including Surprise and Delight, Team Player and Can do Attitude
  • Supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Train and coach staff with performance feedback
  • Oversee daily operations across the venue, including accurate shift and incident reporting
  • Ensure compliance and procedures are completed in a proper manner
  • Manage and delegate call times on the floor, identify escalations and manage appropriately
  • Conflict resolution
  • Create an environment promoting teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction
  • Evaluate and maintain a safe working environment

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience or potential in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Valid NSW Competency Card
  • Flexible approach to a varied roster
