About This Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve outstanding results across all aspects of the store.

You will drive growth, develop and motivate your team to maximize store profitability, exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Optimize and elevate store profitability through strategic business planning and analysis of sales density.
  • Drive business success by analyzing sales reporting and understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising to present products in a way that attracts and engages customers.

Personal Qualities

  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures due to rapid business growth.
  • Confidence to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, including people management, sales targets, campaign launches, visual merchandising, stock management, profit and loss, and in-store marketing.
  • Delegate tasks to other managers to focus on high-priority activities.
  • Manage back-of-house setup and conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure stock replenishment, receipting, and processing procedures are followed.

  • Motivate and inspire your team to perform at their best every day.
  • Develop and implement measurable succession planning for team members' career goals.
  • Successfully manage employee performance through training, support, and empathy.
  • Identify individual strengths and provide support to areas of opportunity.
  • Responsibility for recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and collaborating with HR and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding.
