Work in Organisational Development

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity to work with a supportive and inclusive team that builds capability and culture across the country.

The role is based in Sydney, supported by flexible working practices. You will be working with a pioneering company that operates in every state and territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, coordination, and implementation of employee learning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects for established programs such as leadership development.
  • Contribute to the development of systems (including LMS) to meet business goals.
  • Work with the People & Culture team and managers on professional development opportunities.
  • Create learning content that supports business objectives.
  • Contribute to Talent Management framework maturity and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organisational Development.
  • Possess a passion for how culture, leadership, and capability drive business outcomes.
  • Be inquisitive about change and supporting people through it.
  • Have hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and systems in general.
  • Be proactive and collaborative with a customer focus.
