The **Organisational Development Specialist**is responsible for the design and implementation of organisational development programs that align with company goals and objectives. Developing and facilitating learning and development initiatives is also a key element of this role.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Develop and facilitate training workshops and programs on topics such as culture change, leadership development, team effectiveness and performance management
- Develop and implement projects on a variety of leadership, culture and organisational effectiveness topics
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Identify, gather, share and publicise resources, tools and best practices for key initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation
- Collaborate with People Partners and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop efficient & cost-effective solutions to address them
- Provide coaching and consulting on leadership development
- Provide analysis, interpretation, observations, recommendations and action planning based on employee survey results including employee engagement, 360 feedback and other organisational assessments
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline is desired
- Certification in relevant areas such as change management (e.g., Prosci), leadership development, or organisational behaviour preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an Organisational Development Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing OD initiatives
- Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, change management principles, and adult learning theory
- Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs, workshops and team interventions
- Experience with 360 feedback and psychometric testing preferred
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of organisational development objectives
