Organisational Development Specialist

About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our global Talent team. As a key member of our Finance Management, People and Engagement group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of talent and performance management practices across diverse divisions.
Job Summary
You will collaborate closely with the Global Talent Lead to execute initiatives aligned with the Group strategy and take ownership of independently managing the delivery of the annual performance and talent cycle. This includes communication, change management, capability-building initiatives, and data governance.
You will drive efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role offers the chance to contribute to a range of organisational development initiatives, including DEI, recognition, succession planning, employee engagement, and organisational design.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive organisational development initiatives, including performance, talent, DEI and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support business objectives.
- Analyse complex data sets to inform business decisions and develop actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to drive efficiency.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and capabilities within the organisation.
