This role involves:

  • Booking and confirming appointments using our online schedule tool
  • Determining client entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates
  • Following up with existing clients to encourage maintenance program renewal
  • Performing hearing screening checks (full training provided)
  • Providing administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments
  • Experience working with an older demographic, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
  • Computer literacy skills
