Job Description:
We are seeking a customer service professional to collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians in providing quality hearing healthcare outcomes for clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about helping people improve their hearing and quality of life.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy for clients, and experience in sales and customer service environments such as retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health settings.
The role requires the ability to learn about products, services, and government funding programs to apply tailored client-specific sales strategies. The successful candidate will also be able to utilize exceptional organizational and customer service skills to support clients throughout their hearing journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients.
- HSC or TAFE qualification.
