We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering therapy and lifestyle programs designed to support clients' health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual therapy sessions under the guidance of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
  • Facilitate engaging group exercise classes.
  • Tailor therapy activities to align with clients' abilities and goals, fostering meaningful participation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in both paper-based and digital formats.
  • Address clients' physical and psychological needs while promoting independence and quality of life.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent).
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within aged care or healthcare settings.
  • Proficiency in facilitating group exercise classes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to our Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

This is a permanent full-time position located out of our facility.
