  • Build strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support clients' hearing journeys.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health environments.
  • Experience working with an older demographic preferred.
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification.
  • Computer literacy skills.
