Enhance the quality of life for individuals with hearing loss by joining our team as a full-time Clinic Coordinator.

Audika operates over 200 clinics across Australia, offering a range of hearing healthcare services. As a key member of our clinic team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.

Working closely with clinicians and hearing technicians, you will provide personalized support to clients, helping them achieve their best possible hearing solutions. You will also be responsible for learning about our products and services, including government funding programs, and applying tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales and customer service, preferably within retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy towards clients, with a preference for experience working with older demographics
  • Higher School Certificate or TAFE qualification, along with computer literacy skills
