Lead OTC Team and Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our Wheelers Hill Pharmacy team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will be crucial to enabling us to achieve our purpose by providing exceptional customer experiences and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and consultation to customers, ensuring they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Successfully oversee the daily operations of the OTC area, ensuring efficient workflows and effective management.
  • Maintain Store Presentation: Ensure stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, providing a welcoming experience for customers.
  • Lead the OTC Team: Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver exceptional customer service and professional interactions for every member and customer, every time.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Proven retail and people management experience in pharmacy, with relevant qualifications and certifications.
  • Motivation and Leadership: Demonstrate motivation and ability to guide and lead others, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
