Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for setting and achieving operational objectives for your team, contributing to the overall organisational strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery meets expectations.
- Deliver data-driven insights to organisational performance reports.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for area of accountability.
- Ensure best practice, cost, and value for money efficiencies through process improvement.
- Manage programs and projects in area of responsibility.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team.
- Develop and deliver the annual operational plan for area of responsibility, aligned with organisational strategic objectives.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, team, and clients. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in a senior account management/client relationship leadership role within commercial property leasing/facilities/project management sector or a transferable industry.
- Technical comprehension and experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management.
- Knowledge of work health and safety requirements.
- Proven experience in developing operational plans that contribute to meeting an organisation's strategic objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, with a strong client focus, and dealing with people with different skill sets and responsibilities.
- Strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, and highly developed analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance.
