Requirements- Proven experience in a senior account management/client relationship leadership role within commercial property leasing/facilities/project management sector or a transferable industry.
- Technical comprehension and experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management.
- Knowledge of work health and safety requirements.
- Proven experience in developing operational plans that contribute to meeting an organisation's strategic objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client focus, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, and highly developed analytical skills.
- Experience fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance.
