About the Role

The Client Relationship Manager is a key member of the Evolve FM Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Executive Director, Operations. This role is accountable for setting and achieving operational objectives for their team, contributing to the overall organisational strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely data to organisational performance reports, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Operational Performance: Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for area of accountability, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure best practice, cost, and value for money efficiencies through process assurance and improvement.
  • Program/Project Management: Manage initiatives in area of responsibility, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring accountability and high performance standards.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and deliver the annual operational plan for area of responsibility, aligned with organisational strategic objectives.
About You

We are seeking a motivated and self-starting individual with a proven track record of delivering best practice and quality in a senior account management/client relationship leadership role. The ideal candidate will thrive on building relationships and providing service excellence, with a strong client focus and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Senior account management/client relationship leadership role in commercial property leasing/facilities/project management sector or a transferable industry.
  • Technical Comprehension: Performance-based service contracts and vendor management.
  • Work Health and Safety: Knowledge of work health and safety requirements.
  • Operational Planning: Proven experience in developing operational plans that contribute to meeting an organisation's strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong client focus and ability to deal with people with different skill sets and responsibilities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong financial acumen, highly developed analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Culture and Inclusion: Experience fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance.
