Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Operations, the Client Relationship Manager is an integral member of the Evolve FM Leadership Team. This role is responsible for establishing and achieving operational goals within their designated area, which plays a crucial role in executing the overall organizational strategy.

Key Duties Include:

  1. Building and sustaining client relationships while ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
  2. Providing data for organizational performance reports.
  3. Meeting KPIs and benchmarks relevant to the area of responsibility.
  4. Implementing best practices to ensure cost-effectiveness and value through process improvement.
  5. Managing programs and projects related to the area of responsibility.
  6. Overseeing team performance and management responsibilities.
  7. Formulating and executing the annual operational plan aligned with organizational strategic objectives.

Candidate Profile
We seek proactive self-starters with a proven history of delivering quality and best practices to the organization, their teams, and clients. Ideal candidates excel in relationship building and service excellence.

Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Extensive experience in a senior account management or client relationship leadership role within the commercial property leasing, facilities, or project management sectors, or a comparable industry.
  2. Technical expertise in performance-based service contracts and vendor management.
  3. Understanding of work health and safety regulations.
  4. A track record of developing operational plans that align with an organization’s strategic goals.
  5. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong client focus and the ability to interact with diverse skill sets and responsibilities.
  6. Strategic thinking capabilities, strong financial insight, and advanced analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  7. Experience in fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance.
