Support Services Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Services Professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families in need.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing support with daily living tasks, personal care, and community engagement. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with domestic tasks, such as housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Supporting clients to stay connected with their communities through appointments, activities, and social engagements
  • Finding creative solutions to challenges and thinking outside the box

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential for the role)
  • A NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one
  • A positive attitude, creativity, and flexibility
  • Experience working with individuals and families (desired)
  • Qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services (valued)
