Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Worker, you will be providing essential support services to our elderly clients, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, including general housekeeping, meal preparation, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with grocery shopping
  • Engage in social activities and provide companionship to clients
Requirements:
  • Aged Care Certification (Cert 3) or equivalent experience
  • An Open class Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
