Training Development Support Specialist

Job Summary:

This role oversees the development, design, and quality assurance of training programs for staff and volunteers. It provides leadership in training product delivery, skills recognition, continuous improvement, and compliance with organisational standards.

About the Role

The Training Development Support Directorate undertakes a service function that facilitates the development and maintenance of products, resources and quality assurance systems to support high-quality training outcomes. It is responsible for maintaining the agency's status as a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation. The directorate ensures the governance, reporting and accessibility of training are maximised through management of eLearning Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design training programs for staff and volunteers.
  • Provide leadership in training product delivery, skills recognition, continuous improvement, and compliance with organisational standards.
  • Maintain the agency's status as a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation.
  • Ensure the governance, reporting and accessibility of training are maximised.
