Create a comprehensive rehabilitation plan tailored to each worker's specific needs, addressing both physical and psychological barriers to returning to work.
Implement the latest research-backed assessments and interventions to boost successful return-to-work outcomes, including motivational interviewing, job redesign, and stakeholder engagement.
Liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to foster open communication and coordination of care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective service delivery.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders to establish trust and promote positive change, ultimately driving exceptional return-to-work results.
Collaborate with professionals from various disciplines to stay updated on best practices, share knowledge, and develop innovative solutions to address complex challenges.
Provide critical support and resources to enhance workers' mental health and well-being, facilitating their journey back to full productivity and employment.
Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within the workplace, promoting a safe environment that encourages open dialogue and mutual understanding.
Evaluate and refine service delivery processes continuously, leveraging insights gained from client feedback and performance data to drive quality improvement and excellence.
Essential Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, with Provisional or General Registration with AHPRA.
Current driver's licence.
National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance for client-facing roles.
