As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to provide evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions to help workers overcome obstacles and achieve successful return-to-work outcomes.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of workers' strengths and limitations to inform development of effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Providing specialist psychological services including cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, and workplace assessments.
  • Collaborating with other health professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support for workers.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to promote successful return-to-work outcomes.
  • Providing education and training to workers and other stakeholders on workplace health and safety and return-to-work practices.
