
Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Return to Work Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce, you will play a crucial role in helping injured workers return to work as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for identifying and addressing critical risk factors that may impact an employee's ability to successfully return to work. This will involve providing holistic support and developing strategies to address these factors in practice.
Key responsibilities include completing return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme, providing vocational counselling, and facilitating interventions and well-being programs.
Collaboration and liaison with individuals, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals will also be essential aspects of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- AHPRA registration as a Provisional Psychologist (5+1 or 4+2 internship) or ASORC membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor supported by a relevant qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Current drivers' licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Full working rights in Australia.
