Rehabilitation Expertise Required

We are seeking an experienced rehabilitation specialist to deliver vocational services to clients across NSW Workers Compensation and Comcare, with a focus on Same Employer services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workplace assessments to determine client readiness for work
  • Collaborate with treating healthcare professionals through case conferencing
  • Develop and implement work-readiness programs tailored to individual needs
  • Facilitate open discussions between employers and employees regarding workplace accommodations
  • Perform comprehensive vocational assessments to identify suitable job opportunities
Essential Qualifications:
  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or full membership with the Australasian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors or the Return to Work Association of Australia
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a clinical or workplace rehabilitation setting
  • Proven expertise in Same Employer services and complex psychological injury cases
  • Current driver's license and access to a motor vehicle
