Occupational Therapist

We specialise in workplace rehabilitation, CTP and workers' compensation, designed to enhance workplace safety and wellbeing.

About this role:

  • You will provide community-based and workplace rehabilitation services tailored to individual needs.
  • You will collaborate with clients, insurers, employers, and healthcare professionals to support recovery and return-to-work goals.
  • You will conduct assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments, home and workplace assessments, and return-to-work planning.
  • You will develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans, taking a whole-of-person approach to health and recovery.
  • You will apply clinical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of injury management to identify realistic recovery milestones and return-to-work pathways.
  • You will present case updates and recommendations to stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • You will contribute to service innovation, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in workplace rehabilitation, CTP, or occupational health.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
