Workforce Culture Specialist Role

This is a key advisory role in which the successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to an organisation on workforce matters.

The job involves providing strategic and operational advice on people and culture policies, procedures, and legislation. It also requires supporting the resolution of complex and sensitive people issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on people and culture matters
  • Developing and maintaining key internal and external relationships
  • Supporting the implementation of people and culture strategies

Requirements for the role include an undergraduate qualification in HR or a related field, excellent planning and organisational skills, and a strong customer focus. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IR legislation and processes, as well as a proven track record in a similar advisory role.
