Job Description

We are seeking an experienced People Culture Expert to play a key role in shaping our organization's people management strategy.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in coaching, guiding, and supporting functional leaders across the employee life cycle, as well as influencing and facilitating the use of best practice HR principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and support managers on people-related issues, including talent development and retention
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in HR leadership or consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
