Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontline Support Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role in delivering person-centred care to clients with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have the ability to mentor staff, guide behaviour support strategies and work closely with clients and their networks to ensure safety, inclusion and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored support for clients with complex needs.
  • Lead behaviour support and crisis management strategies.
  • Mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Engage clients and families to align services with individual goals.
  • Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and policies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and model best practice.
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent).
  • Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence.
