Job Title: Key Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Key Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality support services to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:

The Key Support Professional will be responsible for delivering tailored support to clients, leading behaviour support and crisis management strategies, mentoring staff, and engaging clients and families to align services with individual goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred support to clients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement behaviour support and crisis management strategies
  • Mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with clients and families to achieve individualised outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in disability support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and model best practice
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence
