  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised support plans that cater to the needs and goals of each participant.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Act as an advocate and role model for best practice, promoting positive behaviour support frameworks and eliminating restrictive practices.
  • Evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans that empower participants to achieve their goals.
  • Built strong relationships with participants, families, and caregivers to deliver person-centred support.
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Current suitability confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
  • Completed a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and opportunity to test new ideas.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
