We are seeking Reliable, Motivated and Professional Support Workers for our participants in the Ipswich area.

As a Disability Support Worker and respected ambassador of McArthur you will be required to assist people with:

  • Household tasks: domestic assistance, cleaning and laundry, and meal prep
  • Transport - transport to appointments, shopping and community access
  • Social & Community participation: supporting individuals to engage with their community, build social connections, and participate in activities such as going for walks, attending events, or enjoying recreational outings

Applicants will require:

  • Relevant Industry experience working with clients who have a physical/spinal disability
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support; Disability, Aged care or similar
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Card and Blue card
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Current Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Medication Certificates/experience will be favourable
