We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Consultant to join our wealth and asset management strategy consulting team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic projects with a team of consultants, delivering high-quality analysis and solutions to clients.
- Develop insightful business cases, financial models, and transformation plans for clients.
- Maintain and build relationships with industry contacts, identifying opportunities for new business.
- Establish analytical frameworks and conduct complex business analyses.
As a senior leader in our team, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior consultants, ensuring their growth and development. You will also contribute to NMG's thought leadership and IP.
Competencies and Qualifications- Considerable experience in the Financial Services industry, within a consulting role, with strong understanding of and experience in wealth or asset management sectors.
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly with a senior audience.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to empower, mentor and develop others.
