About this role

We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support growth priorities across various service lines and sectors.

This role involves close collaboration with the broader Business Development team, clients, and other stakeholders to foster a business development culture.

The successful candidate will support the Business Development team in achieving national and local objectives through several growth initiatives, providing insights for new and existing accounts, and helping to identify and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan | Develop appropriate business objectives, plans, and activities; support national and local Business Development in plan development for assigned growth areas, aligned with the firm's Growth strategy framework, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Action | Support growth initiatives from plans for local growth priority areas and national strategic growth areas; coordinate with relevant stakeholders and Business Development teams.
