Business Development Lead

A key role has opened up for a Senior Category Manager to lead the growth of major retail categories in Australia. As a strategic leader, you will leverage data insights to inform business decisions and shape the future of e-commerce in the country.
Key Responsibilities:- P&L Performance Management
- Nurture relationships with vendor partners to drive business growth
- Lead complex negotiations with key vendors and strategic partners
- Develop negotiation strategies to optimize terms, pricing, and promotions
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to enhance the shopping experience
- Lead cross-functional initiatives while maintaining clear communication
- Identify customer and vendor pain points and create data-driven solutions
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience using data to influence business decisions. Preferred qualifications include an MBA and experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
