- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve annual sales targets
- Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new Managed Services opportunities leveraging industry, customer and supplier contacts
- Lead customer meetings and discovery sessions to uncover Managed Service needs, aligning solutions with client business drivers
- Influence change in customers' IT Operations Management (ITOM) strategy to drive opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with internal and supplier stakeholders, and engage confidently with C-suite, IT and Board executives
- Lead all new Managed Services tender engagements in your nominated territory
- You have extensive proven sales experience in annuity services sales within medium to large organisations
- You excel at managing complex, high-value deals and understand managed services contracts, SLAs, tools, processes and stakeholder needs when delivering managed services
- You are skilled in developing Board-level, C-suite and IT Management relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry leaders
- You are professional, results-driven, and dedicated to continuous improvement and ethical business practices
