Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to drive sales growth and expansion in QLD, WA & NT. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and territory management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build robust business relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve defined targets and profitability margins
- Formulating and executing distribution plans to increase market presence in the territory
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular business and performance reviews
- Evaluating approaches to new accounts and product profiles to inform business decisions
- Conducting site visits to demonstrate products or catalogues and provide information on pricing policies, availability, and benefits
- Delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge to meet customer needs
- Analyzing customer data, competitors, and market trends to adjust sales plans or strategies
- Developing sales plans to introduce new products in existing markets
- Supporting Channel Managers in creating and implementing sales forecasts and plans
- Providing regular training for clients' Retail Expert Partners on technical and non-technical aspects
- Representing the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and demonstrations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and territory management with proven sales track records
- Degree qualification highly desirable
