Commercial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially sharp and experienced sales leader to drive national sales growth in a fast-scaling food importer.

  • Owning commercial strategy across retail, food service, and wholesale channels
  • Building sales momentum, driving margin growth, and leading high-performing teams
  • Managing supplier and customer relationships, particularly with Asian suppliers
  • Leading strategic partnerships with major retailers and independents

Requirements:

  • Senior commercial leader with experience in food import, distribution, or food service
  • Proven success in building sales teams, driving brand growth, and delivering commercial outcomes
  • Strong background managing retail accounts and/or food service customers
  • Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin to support supplier and customer relationships across Asia
