Administrative Support Opportunities
At Norwest Recruitment, we are currently seeking experienced Administrative Support Professionals to fill multiple short and long term temporary positions in the North West of Sydney. Our clients are based in various locations including the Hills District, Blacktown, Marsden Park and the M2 Corridor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering all incoming calls and responding to verbal and written requests and general queries
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Preparation of correspondence
• Providing administration support to the team
• Accounts support
• General ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Previous reception and administration experience
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite
• Current Drivers license along with a reliable vehicle
