Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our team at Randstad. As a Sales Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities- Raise customer quotes within a specified timeframe
- Process daily invoice adjustments and approvals
- Respond to customer queries and manage inbox communications
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and update data as required
- Prepare reports using Excel
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
- Flexible working hours with the option to work from home one day a week
- Free parking on site
