Job Description

This role is key in ensuring the retention of our customer portfolio and will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and working closely with field sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer shipments to provide proactive updates and problem-solving assistance.
  • Assist with customer onboarding processes.
  • Take commercial ownership of customer accounts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage quotations and customer data integration into internal systems.
  • Develop operational relationships and report on performance analysis.
