We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our Customer Service division in Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom. This is a hybrid work structure opportunity with a close-knit team environment.

The ideal candidate will have freight forwarding or supply chain operations experience and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between teams, and ensuring smooth transitions of new clients into the business.

This role requires strong analytical and target-focused skills, as well as experience working with regulations. The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of quoting and tender documents.

As a market leader in logistics, we offer competitive compensation and benefits. We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

The Logistics Specialist will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
