Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Administrative Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp, and CRM systems. They will also be able to handle general administration duties, answer phones, make follow-up calls, and provide top-notch reception services.

In this role, you will be trained to handle customer service queries, maintain and update training notes, schedule appointments, and keep calendars in pole position. You will also have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a fun and supportive team that values work-life balance.
