We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Virtual Reality Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to every player and ensuring they have an amazing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to every player
  • Explain rules and safety guidelines
  • Assist customers with headsets
  • Monitor games to ensure customers follow safety guidelines
  • Maintain VR equipment, troubleshoot issues and document them
  • Clean the store and all equipment
  • Perform administrative tasks, including assigned tasks, answering phones professionally, assisting customers with bookings and other needs
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of computers and interest in VR
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Able to work well under pressure and deal with enthusiastic customers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of PCs and networking desirable
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work independently or as part of a small team
