Virtual Database Professional

Break into the tech industry through our initial training program, no degree required. As a Virtual Database Administrator, you will join one of the largest DBA teams in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level support to clients by investigating and resolving issues or escalating them as per company process.
You'll be someone who is genuinely interested in breaking into IT, with excellent communication skills and ability to cope with deadlines and pressure. You'll also commit to shift work requirements post-training, working 4 days on day shift and 4 days on night shift.
What We're Looking For- A natural ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Process-driven with effective prioritization skills and consistent display of initiative.
- The ability to maintain a clean criminal record and undergo a police check upon acceptance of an offer.
