Residential Apartments Project Manager

A Senior Development Manager will join our team to support the growth of a luxury residential developer. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will collaborate with an accomplished development team on multiple high-end apartment projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategies for successful project delivery
- Ensuring cost-effective outcomes under the guidance of the MD
- Preparing comprehensive project feasibility studies, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows
- Overseeing development applications through local councils
Key Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have extensive experience in Development Management or Senior Development Management. Essential qualifications and skills include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly Estate Master
- Significant experience in residential apartments development
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
