With a strong project pipeline and continued growth, we're looking for a drivenProject Sales Executive to join our Sydney-based team.
The Role As a Project Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of the sales journey from enquiry to contract — representing high-quality off-the-plan apartment developments across Sydney.
You'll be based between our Rosebery office and display suites, working closely with a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets, while delivering a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities Sell off-the-plan apartments across a portfolio of residential projects Manage and convert leads throughHub Spot CRM Conduct display suite appointments, inspections, and buyer consultations Collaborate with marketing and project teams to optimise sales strategies Build strong relationships with buyers, developers, and key stakeholders Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales performance and buyer activity Represent LINK at project launches, VIP events, and weekend openings What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in residential property sales (off-the-plan preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong time management and self-motivation CRM proficiency — Hub Spot experience highly regarded Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW) Willingness to work weekends and some after-hours events Why Join LINK?
